The booking is confirmed after the payment of 30% of the total amount + reservation fees (30€ or 17€ in low season) + cancellation insurance (1.8% of total amount) Week-end: reservation fees offered.
Means of payments: Credit Card Visa / MasterCard, Bank transfer.
Outstanding balance is to be paid one month before the arrival, otherwise the booking can be considered as cancelled and the deposit kept.
For all bookings made less than one month before the arrival, the total amount has to be paid at once.

Rentals: from Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum in high season.
Bungalows Kabana / Hawai: Arrivals/Departures on Thursday or Sunday.
Other periods: A/D free - minimum 5 nights.
Rental is available from 2pm; for any arrival after 7PM please contact the office to tell the approximate time of arrival.
No discount will be done in case of a delayed arrival or an anticipate departure.
In case of a No Show on the arrival date and without any additional information, the booking is cancelled 36 hours after the initial date of arrival. There is no refund, except cancellation insurance terms.
The accommodation key is given to the customer at the arrival after showing the rental contract or voucher. The access to the campsite will only be authorized to the persons whose names are mentioned on the rental contract.
Check out is between 8.30AM and 10.30AM max. Therefore, two days before your departure, you will have indicated the time wanted for the check out. The rental will be in order and clean, since the cleaning is not included in the price. Otherwise, fees for cleaning will be charged: 70€ for Mobiles and Chalet, 40€ for bungalows. In case of any damage or broken items, it will be charged too.
A deposit is required before you enter the rental: 250€ for Mobile or Chalet and 150€ for Bungalow (Cash /Visa or MasterCard).
The deposit is given back the day of your departure less damages or loss. The cleaning is done by yourself. Each rental has a check list.
The linen is compulsory but not provided with the rental, except for the draw sheets, blankets / covers and pillows.
Animals, except for dangerous ones, are allowed on the campsite; the health carnet is to be shown at the arrival. Animals are kept on a lead.
Vehicles: One vehicle by place is authorized, any extra vehicle has to be declared, put on a special car park inside and an extra will be charged.
Are guaranteed the risks listed on the insurance seasonal rental contract – Stay's cancellation – Stay's interruption – Rental's civil responsibility for materiel damages. (Insurance contract can be loaded on our website).
